******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Reply of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Punhana on behalf of respondents no. 1 to 3 filed by learned State counsel is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that the police has recorded statement of Zafrina, wherein she has stated that her husband was misguided by someone that she was solemnizing marriage with brother of her deceased husband. Statement of petitioner was also recorded wherein he has stated that his wife Zafrina has returned to him and now he is living with his wife and children.

None has appeared for the petitioner.
