(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.175 dated 08.06.2022 registered under Section 420 IPC and Section 24 of the Emigration Act at Police Station Sahnewal, Ludhiana. On instructions from SI Harmeet Singh, learned State counsel submits that in pursuance of order dated 02.08.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of above, order dated 02.08.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
