(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that according to his instructions, the competent authority has no record regarding work assignment allotted to the petitioner and completion thereof. The representation/legal notice dated 15.11.2019 is not followed by any such documents indicating performance of any such completion of work assignment by the petitioner. Learned State counsel further submits that the petitioner may be asked to furnish proof of assignment of work and completion thereof to the competent authority i.e. Executive Engineer (Water Supply and Sanitation Division), Public Health Engineering Division, Rohtak Road, Charkhi Dadri and in case JYOTI SHARMA 2021.12.20 12:26 I attest to the accuracy of this order

CWP No. 16807 of 2021 -2such a comprehensive representation is filed, the authority would consider the same in accordance with law. In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a comprehensive representation along with documents before the competent authority.
