The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.22 dated 24.08.2024 under Sections 108, 3(5) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station GRP Karnal, District GRP Ambala Cantt.

State counsel submits that cancellation report in the matter, has been prepared and is yet to be filed.

In view of the statement made on behalf of learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition. 4.
