Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari / mandamus to direct respondent No. 2 for declaring result as well as marks secured by all candidates appeared in the main written examination of the Punjab State Civil Services Combined Competitive Examination (PSCSCCE) - 2015 held on 05.03.2016 to 12.03.2016. Learned State Counsel has produced the result prepared by the Commission in a sealed cover, which is opened and perused. It transpires that petitioner is not fulfilling the minimum benchmark of 25% in subject of General Studies-III. Faced with the above situation, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the petition any further on merits. Disposed off as not pressed at this stage.
Results produced in sealed cover be returned back to the quarter concerned.
