RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Present petition is directed against the suspension order dated 29.3.2016 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent no.2, whereby the petitioner was placed under suspension as Sarpanch. Feeling aggrieved against the suspension order, petitioner has rightly approached the appellate authority-respondent no.1. It is the own set up case of the petitioner that arguments in his appeal have already been heard and the appellate authority has reserved the order. In view of the above, the present writ petition for quashing the suspension order would not be even maintainable. No interference is required at the hands of this court at this stage.

Dismissed.
