******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) As per medical certificate of wife of the petitioner attached with the reply, she is to be operated at Civil Hospital, Palwal. Earlier the date was fixed as 03.08.2017 but she did not appear on that day and operation was postponed.

Keeping in view above facts, the petitioner is ordered to be released for a period of ten days after furnishing medical certificate of the doctor about the date fixed for surgery of his wife. He will be released three days before the date of surgery on his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of concerned authorities and completing required formalities.
