This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.472 dated 05.12.2019 registered under Sections 186, 34, 353 and 506 IPC, at Police Station Rohtak Sadar, District Rohtak along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 06.08.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy, if any, available to him in accordance with law.
