Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that application for bail filed by the petitioner under Rule 10(5) of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2015 was dismissed on 15.12.2017 and appeal filed by petitioner was dismissed on 08.01.2018 with costs of Rs. 21,000/- 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that challenging the rejection of bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C by this Court, SLP is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and as such, the second bail application/revision against the order dated 08.1.2018 which is under Rule 10(5) of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2015, he does not want to press the application provided the costs of Rs. 21,000/- which was imposed is set aside.

Given above, the present petition stands disposed of being not pressed. Considering the entirety of the facts and circumstances the prayer regarding dispensing with the costs of Rs. 21,000/- is allowed and the order vide which the costs of Rs. 21,000/- was imposed is set aside qua cost part only. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
