******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that it is a case of highway robbery. The vehicle snatched in this case has not been recovered so far. Five other co-accused are also yet to be arrested. Grant of bail to petitioner at this stage will hamper the police investigation. As per case of prosecution, complainant was driver on truck bearing registration no. HR-74-A-7319 and was going towards Gurugram. He parked his vehicle by the side of road to take rest, when at about 04.20 a.m., a Swift Dzire white colour car came from which three young boys alighted and dragged the complainant out of the truck and gave him beatings, snatched his mobile phone and cash of `2000/-. His truck was also taken away by them and he was thrown near the forest of village Pahari, district Palwal.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
