On our asking, Ms.Kirti Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Let five copies of the writ petition be supplied to the State counsel during the course of day failing which this order shall be automatically recalled and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed for non-prosecution. In view of the nature of order which we propose to pass, it is not necessary to seek any counter-reply from the respondent at this stage.

The petitioner is a resident of village Dungeja, Tehsil Punhana, District Mewat. His short grievance is against non-consideration of his objections dated 25.05.2015 (P-1) said MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.08.12 16:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.14435 of 2015 [2] to have been submitted against the delimitation exercise undertaken in village Dungeja. The above-stated objections are said to have been submitted to the S.D.O.(Civil), Ferozepur Jhirka who has failed to do the needful.

Keeping in view the plea taken but without expressing any opinion on merits, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) Ferozepur Jhirka to call upon the records and decide the objections, if any, received from the petitioner as early as possible but before the Gram Panchayat elections are held. Ordered accordingly.
