******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.183 dated 04.04.2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21 and 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Tauru, District Nuh-Mewat. Heard.
As per the case of the prosecution, petitioner is supplier of the drugs to accused Rahul Khan and Farukh, who were arrested in this case and allowed regular bail on 04.06.2019 and 06.06.2019. As per disclosure statement of the accused, the narcotics recovered from them were supplied by the petitioner.
Keeping in view the above facts, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required and I do not find any reason to exercise the SACHIN MEHTA 2019.07.02 14:22 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh
