Learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that on 27.08.2019, the Trial Court has dismissed the petitioner's suit. That being so, the remedy now with the petitioner is to challenge the dismissal of his suit by the Trial Court by way of an appeal, for which he is granted liberty. It is further clarified that the disposal of the present petition shall not, in any manner, preclude the petitioner from raising in his appeal the issues raised in the present petition.
