(Oral) By way of present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought to challenge the show cause notice dated 10.06.2015 (Annexure P-9) issued by respondent No.4 to respondent No.5, whereby allottee and the petitioner have been required to attend office of respondent No. 4 for explaining why plot No. 2086, Sector 18, Jagadhri under reserved category be not cancelled. 2.

The allottee and the petitioner were required to attend office of respondent No.4. The petitioner is at liberty to file a detailed and comprehensive reply to the show cause notice, whereupon, respondent No.4 shall pass a speaking order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, in accordance with law.
