On our asking, Ms.Kirti Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on their behalf. Let four copies of the writ petition be supplied to the State counsel during the course of day failing which this order shall be automatically recalled and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed for non-prosecution. In view of the nature of order which we propose to pass, it is not necessary to seek any counter-reply from respondent Nos.1 to 4 or to serve respondent No.5 at this stage as no order prejudicial to his interest is being passed. CWP No.14450 of 2015 [2] have submitted objections dated 19.05.2015 (P-5 & P-6) against inclusion of certain persons in Ward No.4. As those objections have not been decided so far that they have approached this Court.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State, however without expressing any views on merits, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.3 & 4 to verify the objections, if any, submitted by the petitioners and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law/rules before the Gram Panchayat elections are held. We, however, further clarify that the objections submitted by the petitioners shall not be accepted without hearing the persons who are likely to the effected by the outcome of such decision.
