(ORAL) At the outset, counsel for the respondents have raised an objection that present writ petition is not maintainable against respondents No.2 and 3 being Cooperative Societies and the petitioner has to approach the Registrar Cooperative Societies under the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984.

Keeping in view the objection raised by counsel for the respondents, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy under the provisions of the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984 for the redressal of his grievances.
