This petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Habeas Corpus directing respondent No.2 or for appointing a warrant officer to get release the detenue-Vishank Bhardwaj from illegal custody of respondents No.3 and 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition as the same has been rendered infructuous. He however seeks liberty to avail of alternate remedy, if any, available to him in accordance with law.
