Petitioner-Jagdeep Singh son of Gurinderraj Singh is also present in Court and seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition as the same has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

However, Amar Nath will be at liberty to avail all other legal remedies available to him under the law.
