(ORAL) After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition while submitting that the petitioner would be raising all the pleas, as may be permissible to him under law, before the trial Court.

Mr. Apoorv Garg, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, who has appeared on behalf of respondent No.1-State in this case in pursuance of the copy of the present petition having been sent to this respondent in advance, has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn accordingly.
