RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to the respondents particularly respondent No.3 to conduct the demarcation of land.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that representation, Annexure P-3, was filed by the petitioner before respondent No.3, but no decision has been taken on the same till date. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Tehsildar, Punhana, District Nuh, to decide the representation, Annexure P-3, expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
