Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter stands compromised.

Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate of the petitioner today in the Court and the same is taken on record. As per the custody certificate, the convict had remained in Jail for 02 months and 19 days. Given above, the revision petition is partly allowed and the sentence of the petitioner is reduced to which he has already undergone. It also includes the period of undergone out of reduced to non payment of compensation of fine, if any.
