[1] Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.
[2] This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 5, dated 3.1.2021, under Sections 307 and 506 of IPC (Section 326 IPC was added later on) and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sohana, District SAS Nagar (Mohali).
[3] After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the prayer at a later stage.
[4] The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
