Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari, for quashing online Transfer Policy, dated 06.03.2020 (Annexure P-3), and transfer order dated 14.08.2020 (Annexure P-6) passed on that basis.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the said policy stands superseded by a new online Transfer Policy of 2023. 3.
