For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and Annexures P-5 and P-6 are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

CRM-M-31013-2024 Reply dated 07.09.2024 has been filed on behalf of respondentState by the learned State counsel by way of an affidavit of Sukhbir Singh, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Pataudi, Gurugram and the same is taken on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
