IN THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATES OF PUNJAB AND

HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH CWP No.17435 of 2019 (O&M) Date of Decision.02.07.2019 Roopam Dora

...Petitioner

Vs State of Haryana ..Respondent CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL

Present:

Mr. R.K. Malik, Senior Advocate with Mr. Sandeep Dhull, Advocate for the petitioner.

-.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Writ Petition is bereft of particulars whereby impugned order reflected that alleged degree held by petitioner was not recognized by the University. This Court perpetually asked counsel as to why degree has not been placed on record but reliance was placed on Annexure P-3 whereby services of petitioner were regularized. An attempt was made that once services were regularized, degree deemed to have been passed by recognized University.

At this stage, Mr. Malik seeks liberty of this Court for withdrawal of the writ petition and file a fresh one with more and better particulars, prima facie, establishing that degree of Business Administration makes petitioner eligible for regularization in stream of Commerce.

Ordered accordingly.
