Notice of motion had been issued in this matter on 26.07.2023, however, the process fee was not filed.

Subsequent thereto, vide order dated 09.10.2023, again one week's time was granted for deposit of the process fee, so that fresh notices could be issued to respondents No. 4 to 9.

As per the office report, the same has also not been complied. 5.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

However, copy of this petition be served upon respondents No. 4 to 9 through concerned SHO within one month from today, so that the parents are aware about the act and conduct of their children.
