(Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the action of respondent No.4 - Bank, vide which it is charging interest on the finance amount of application for allotment of residential plots in Sector 38, Samrala Road, Ludhiana and DurDurgi Phase II & III, Bye Pass, Ludhiana from the petitioners, instead of charging the same from respondents No.2 & 3.

After arguing for sometime, when the Bench was not inclined to entertain the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the authorities.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
