*** Reply by way of affidavit filed. The same is taken on record. It is stated that F.I.R. No. 582 dated 5.7.2017 for an offence under Section 346 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered at Police Station City Ballabgarh against Jakir son of Shankar, who is absconding along with Seema W/o Lalit and minor daughter Diksha. The local police is making every effort to locate them but has been unsuccessful so far. Keeping in view the contents of the petition, no further action in the matter is called for. However, it is directed that local police would make earnest efforts to apprehend the culprits and recover Seema and baby Diksha. The petition stands disposed of.
