(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for releasing the detenues as mentioned in the head note of the petition, from the illegal detention of respondent No. 3. Pursuant to the order dated 21.8.2017, report of the Warrant Officer has been received and as per the said report, the detenues were not found at the places so suggested by the petitioner.
