(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned award dated 22.01.2013 (Annexure P-8) passed by respondent No.1 and for quashing the impugned termination order dated 25.10.2001 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.2. 2.

On 05.09.2023, the following order was passed: "Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks an accommodation on the ground that the arguing counsel is in some personal difficulty.
