**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C in her 5th attempt in case bearing FIR No.155 dated 15.06.2004, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 IPC (offence under Section 467 IPC was deleted later on) at P.S. Division No.4, Jalandhar.

It appears that the petitioner was granted bail and thereafter she absented from the Court for almost 11 years. Now she is in custody for the last one 1 year. CRM-M-35853-2021  After lapse of about 11 years, petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court on 05.10.2020. Co-accused has been acquitted by the trial Court.

Petitioner could not secure any favourable order in her earlier four attempts made before the High Court. Owing to the conduct of the petitioner, no indulgence can be granted in favour of the petitioner for her release on regular bail. This petition is dismissed, however the trial Court shall proceed to conclude the trial at the earliest in accordance with law.
