(Oral) The present appeal has been filed by the appellant for seeking enhancement of compensation, granted on account of death of her mother, namely, Manjit Kaur, who was 50 years old at the time of accident and was house wife.
Perusal of the impugned Award reveals that the notional earnings of the deceased was taken as Rs.10,000/- per month, annual whereof comes to be Rs.1,20,000/- and future prospects considering the age was taken as Rs.30,000/- and thereupon, the compensation, so worked upon as Rs.9,75,000/-, besides the compensation under the conventional heads. Considering the same, there is no scope of enhancement of compensation.
Hence, the appeal is hereby dismissed.
