(ORAL) At the outset, a pointed query was put to the learned counsel for the petitioners as to how the instant petition was maintainable under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C./528 of the BNSS in view of the fact that the petitioner is seeking the quashing of the ECIR, which is an internal document.
