(ORAL) At the outset, a pointed query was put to the learned counsel for the petitioners as to how the instant petition was maintainable under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C./528 of the BNSS in view of the fact that the petitioner is seeking the quashing of the ECIR, which is an internal document. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to avail alternate remedies as may be available to the petitioner. 3.
