Present:

Mr. Priyanshu Kamra, Advocate for the petitioner. **** H.S. GREWAL, J. (ORAL) 1.

This petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing complaint No. NACT 311/2019 titled as 'Rajpal Singh Vs. Rakesh Kumar @ Bangdawat' under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act which is pending before Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Malout with a further prayer for quashing of order dated 13.12.2024 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Malout whereby the bail order of the petitioner has been cancelled and his bail bonds have been forfeited.

2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear before the Court below on 13.12.2024 as petitioner being a government teacher was busy in official examination duties. Non-bailable warrants of arrest against the petitioner have been issued. 3.

I have heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the case file.
