The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking quashing of impugned notice dated 29.04.2016 (Annexure P-4 Colly) and subsequent notice dated 01.06.2016 (Annexure P-6 Colly) whereby respondent No. 2 directed the petitioners to vacate the residential houses allotted to them on a monthly rental basis.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have already been granted extension till 30.09.2016 and they shall vacate the premises by the said date. Accordingly, a prayer was made that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition. 3.
