(ORAL) Petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 22.03.2017, Annexure P-6 whereby booth plot allotted to him was ordered to be resumed with effect from 10.10.2014. Stand of the petitioner is that he has deposited the entire amount as per the terms of allotment. His plea is controverted by counsel representing the Marketing Committee, Karnal (respondent no. 3). The writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent no. 2 to examine the matter and the pleas raised by petitioner before this court. In case he comes to the conclusion that the entire amount has been paid by the petitioner, he shall take necessary steps for restoration of the booth/plot. In such circumstances, order, Annexure P-6 shall not stand in its way. Alternatively, he shall be at liberty to pass a speaking order which shall be conveyed to the petitioner forthwith.
