Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to take medical opinion from the duly constituted Medical Board in respect of MLR No. MMS 214/20/8 dated 17.06.2018 in case FIR No. 130 dated 20.06.2018, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 427 & 506 IPC (Section 307 IPC was added lateron) at Police Station Nagina, District Nuh, Mewat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the purpose of redressal of his grievance, petitioner made representation dated 08.04.2019 (Annexure P4) to respondent No. 3-Superintendent of Police, Mewat, but still no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.
