CWP No.10045 of 2017 {1}
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH CWP No.10045 of 2017 Date of decision:11.05.2017 Sher Singh and others ... Petitioners Vs.
Dalip and others ... Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL Present:- Mr. Gourav Jain, Advocate for the petitioners.
AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that private respondents had obtained the status quo order, vide impugned order dated 01.06.2015 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Financial Commissioner in ROR No.555 to 558 of 2013-2014 titled as "Dalip etc. vs. Sher Singh and others" and the petitioners are effected parties, who had moved an application seeking partition of the land way back in the year 2008. The respondents are unnecessarily tiring out the petitioners as there is no substance in the revision petition.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and appraised the paper book.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits and de-merits of the matter, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to argue the matter with regard to status quo order Savita 2017.05.15 10:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh
CWP No.10045 of 2017 {2} and as well as on merits before the Financial Commissioner, who shall fix the date of arguments and thereafter, decide the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
