The petitioner through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking direction to respondents No. 2 to 5 to seize passport of respondents No. 6 to 8 in FIR No. 303 dated 26.07.2019, under Sections 323, 34, 354, 377, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station City Hisar, District Hisar. 2.

Power of attorney filed by Mr. Rajesh Gupta, Advocate, on behalf of the petitioner with no objection from counsel earlier representing the petitioner, is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that investigation is still pending and police report is yet to be filed. 5.

Learned counsel for the private-respondents submits that respondents are not going to flee from justice. The respondents would appear before the trial court as and when summoned. 6.

On being confronted with the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for private respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition may be disposed of with a direction to the investigating officer to proceed in accordance with law. 7.

The investigating officer is duty bound and would proceed in accordance with law, thus, no direction is warranted from this Court.
