After arguing for some time, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present revision petition on merits. He, however, prays that the Trial Court may be directed to decide the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC expeditiously, preferably within a period of 15 days from today. 2.
