**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court impugning Annexure P-8 Demand Notice dated 20th November, 2015, whereby the petitioner has been required to pay CLU charges and interest from 14th August, 2013 to 30th November, 2013.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority at the first instance.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
