CWP-15302-2014 (O&M) -22023:PHHC:098882 date of filing of application was less than Rs.4 lakhs. Thus, application was rejected. The subsequent applications are improvement of original applications. As per policy of the Corporation, subsequent declaration cannot be considered. The Corporation in 2015 had allotted distributorship to respondent No.2, thus, it would not be appropriate to revoke distributorship of respondent No.2 at this belated stage. 3.

Mr.Arshdeep, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction so the present petition may be disposed of. 4.

Without expression any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of.
