ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No.128 dated 25.03.2019 registered under Sections 409, 420, 120-B IPC and Section 7 and 13 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, at Police Station Kaithal City, District Kaithal.

On a query of this Court, as to why has the remedy not been first sought from the sessions court, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petition has been directly filed before this Court as co-accused have already been granted the concession of bail vide orders dated 10.05.2019 and 18.12.2019 passed by this Court contained at Annexures P-22 to P-25. The petitioner is at liberty to canvass the argument of parity before the Learned Sessions Court. No ground for interference directly by this Court is made out.
