(Oral) In compliance of the last order dated 23.04.2024, counsel for the petitioner has brought a demand draft bearing No.509904 dated 25.04.2024 amounting to Rs.1,10,000/- in the name of respondent No.1 which is handed over to the proxy counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Punit Malik, Advocate for respondent No.1 who undertakes to hand over the same to respondent No.1 within one week after getting proper verification. A photocopy of the said demand draft produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that all disputes between the parties have been settled, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous and may be disposed of as such.

In view of the statement of learned counsel appearing for the parties, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, all pending misc. applications also stand disposed of. (Nidhi Gupta) 30.04.2024 Judge 'Amit'
