**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) In compliance of the previous order dated 12.8.2016 passed by this Court, affidavit dated 16.8.2016 of Sh. Harjeet Singh-respondent No.5 filed in the Court today, is taken on record and copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Leaned counsel for respondent No.5 has also supplied a photocopy of identity card of respondent No.5 which is also placed on record, alongwith the affidavit, as Mark A.

Learned counsel for respondent No.5 submits that in view of the averments taken in the affidavit, let the present writ petition be allowed and mutation in question may be ordered to be sanctioned in favour of the Amit Kumar 2016.09.02 10:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document petitioner, she being a bonafide purchaser.

Civil Writ Petition No.20985 of 2012 (O&M) In view of the abovesaid fair stand taken by learned counsel for respondent No.5, present writ petition is allowed and the impugned orders are hereby set aside.

Consequently, the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Collector, SAS Nagar (Mohali)-respondent No.3 is directed to ensure that desired mutation is entered and sanctioned in favour of the petitioner without any further delay and in any case within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present writ petition stands allowed, however, with no order as to costs.
