RAJIV NARAIN RAINA, J.(Oral) The petitioners have brought their grievance to the notice of the respondents for stepping up their pay equal to their junior but no decision has been taken thereon. Learned counsel for the petitioners would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and decide the legal notice dated 10.04.2015 (Annex P-7) within a reasonable time by passing a speaking order.
The prayer is accepted and the direction is issued to 2nd respondent to consider and decide the aforesaid legal notice within 21 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Needless to say that the petitioners would be heard if an order adverse to them is proposed to be passed. With these observations and directions, the petition stands disposed of.
