**** SUKHVINDER KAUR , J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 18.
Status report by way of affidavit of Sukhbir Singh, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Pataudi, Gurugram filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 - State is taken on record. As per para-16 of the status report, during the course of inquiry, no fact regarding threatening to kill the petitioner, forcefully locking the house or any loss to the petitioner came forth. It surfaced that petitioner has given the said representation to avoid the repayment of money taken by Lavkesh (son of the petitioner). FIR No.114 dated 20.04.2025 under Section 127(6) BNS has already been registered at Police Station Pataudi, Gurugram, regarding missing of Lavkesh. CRWP-5044-2025 further been alleged that no cognizable offence has been found to be made out in the representation dated 13.05.2025 filed by the petitioner and no further action was required to be taken. It was revealed that Lavkesh (son of the petitioner) had taken various loan amounts from the private respondents and he had not returned the money. Now he has closed his shop and is missing. The representation had been given by the petitioner just to avoid repayment of the money taken by her son Lavkesh and no protection is required to be provided to the petitioner.
