SATISH KUMAR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition without approaching the Government for the relief claimed i.e. extension of two years in service for the blind and physically handicapped employees of the Punjab Government.

After arguing for some time, when this Court, at this stage, is not inclined to interfere in this matter, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Government by making a detailed representation. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, if any representation is made, we hope that the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
