M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) The Passport Officer has refused to issue passport to the petitioner on account of two criminal cases pending against him.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been acquitted in one FIR and in the second FIR No.159 dated 6.12.2016, under Section 13 of the Gambling Act, registered at Police Station, Jalandhar, he is facing trial. The petitioner may seek permission from the trial Court as per the notification dated 25.8.1995 for obtaining the Raj Kumar Arora 2017.06.02 17:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
