RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.144, dated 04.12.2021, under Sections 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Jhabal, Tehsil and District Tarn Taran, Punjab. At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jitender Singh, submits that the present petition has become infructuous as petitioner has been arrested on 06.07.2024 and hence the same may be disposed of as such.
